About Me
Hi I'm Jacqui!
I’ve been a professional Massage Therapist for many years and have added to my portfolio as a Wellbeing Consultant and Hypnotherapist. I've learned to share my experience through a combination of treatments.
I’m a passionate healer and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical and emotional transitions in the most efficient and trans-formative way possible.
I have tailored Forever Therapies & Wellbeing to be a person centered approach to healing and lifechanging opportunities. My passion is to help and support people to become the best version of themselves using all my skills.
I have supported on many Wellbeing Retreats specialising in Anxiety and Depression, facilitated Workshops as part of the True to You Programme and I also run a Wellbeing in the Workplace Programme for the NHS.
My Treatments

Massage
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves clients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing them how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.

Aromatherapy Oils

With my Hopi Ear Candle treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stresses that life places upon us. Holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically.
Hypnotherapy
Using the subconscious mind to help overcome fears, anxieties and open up a range of barriers that maybe stopping you from fulfilling your best potential. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
1:1 Wellbeing Coaching
Coaching is a way of making the client take ownership of what’s stopping them and understanding ways to achieve what ever they want to accomplish within their goals. Wellbeing is at the heart of looking after yourself and just a couple of sessions can kickstart you in the right direction!
Retreats
Offering support on Retreats using my many skills. Capacity to run workshops on Wellbeing, offer Massage or 1:1 Hypnotherapy sessions. Tailor make packages to suit your clients needs.I also offer sessions in the Workplace to help with staff wellbeing and morale by running workshops, wellbeing sessions or 1:1 treatments.
Wellbeing Workshops
From hosting an online lunch time session to running a six week programme my passion for wellbeing is where I have supported businesses, from 20 employees to 300+. I can tailor make a package to suit what ever needs that your workplace may need additional support with. Being an ambassador for Action For Happiness I use the ethos and 10 Keys to Happier Living as my main focus.
