Spa Session

Natural Healing

30 min - £15 for one person. - £20 for two people.

Head Massage

30 min - £38. 45 min - £48.

This is a very relaxing treatment that can help clients to reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments. The head, neck and face are massaged with the purpose of manipulating energy channels. The goal is to clear blockages in these energy channels that cause a build-up of negative energy. The belief is when the energy does not flow properly, negative energy builds up, causing common ailments, including stress, aches and pain.

Facial

From the Skin to Within
30 min - £38. 60 min - £55.

The Facial treatment that you will experience with Tropic Skincare products includes a pressure point stimulation on the face and head. This massage technique promotes healthy skin and relaxes muscles, resulting in a rejuvenating and relaxing effect. The treatment includes a deep cleanse, tone, mask, exfoliation, serum and moisturizing lotion massage. The hour treatment also includes a hot towel and neck massage.

Hopi Ear Candle

30 min - £38.

Holistic medicine is a broad range of medical practices that are based on many years of tradition. Hopi Ear Candles can benefit conditions affecting the head and ears such as sinus congestion, ear noises and excessive earwax. The rising air through the column of the candle and gentle natural movement of the flame serve to gently massage the ear drum.

Self-Care Session

120 min - £100.

Holistic therapy within a Self-Care session is a tailor made treatment for you, incorporating 2 hours worth of treatments, facial and head work. It's a broad range of practices based on generations of tradition. After a single session, you’ll start to see changes to your body, mind and energy levels.

This is a 3 hour combination of facial, head massage, time in the Jacuzzi that leaves you feeling relaxed, renewed and ready to take on the World. Time to pause with a fresh cup of herbal tea and light fruit snack. I love showing my clients how just a few hours out of their day can make an enormous difference to their health and wellbeing.

Wellbeing Programme

A block of 3 sessions working on your wellbeing - £160

This is a bespoke programme of 3 sessions, tailored to you. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate motivation, to work on healing processes as well as restoring your physical and emotional wellbeing.
From using a combination of Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Relaxing treatments this programme is designed to help you to restore balance in your life.

Hypnotherapy

One 60 min session - £60. Block of Three 60 min sessions - £170. Block of Five 60 min sessions - £275

Hypnotherapy is a mind–body intervention in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility in many areas:

The first session is 20-30 minutes and is a free consultation where there is a discussion about what the client wants to achieve. A personalised plan is then created and agreed, then individual scripts are written to help with the area that wants to be focused on.

Each session will lead the client into a deeply relaxed state and agreed methods are used towards the goals that were set. Afterwards most people feel refreshed, relaxed and ready to face the world in a positive way.

The client is fully in control when under hypnosis and can bring them self out of the hypnotic state at any time.

Cancellation Policy

There will be charges for cancellations:

*within 5 days of the booking £10 charge.

*within 24 hours of the booking 50% of the cost of the session.

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment I ask that you give as much notice as possible. As an independent, small business owner unfortunately I do need to be strict on cancellation fees. This is a sum of money that must be paid if you cancel within the stated times. It is very probable that I won’t be able to fill the cancelled slot with another client due to the short notice.
